Founded in 1743, Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) has a rich history. With a total of 177.6 million euros (2016), FAU has one of the highest volumes of third-party funding of all the universities in Germany.

For 3 consecutive years, ISTM collaborated with JOSEPHS® – The Service Manufactory and FAU in organizing and hosting the FAU-FCU JOSEPHS®@TAIWAN Innovation and Entrepreneurship Workshop. In this interactive workshop, participants learned about services, discovered different Service Design methods and applied theories in practice.
